Good to know

Is this a prompt I paste?

No. It is an Agent Skill. Once installed it loads itself when it is relevant, so there is nothing to remember or paste.

Where does it install?

Copy the proposal-builder folder into ~/.claude/skills for every project, or .claude/skills inside one project. In the Claude apps, upload it under Settings, Capabilities, Skills.

Does it do anything on my behalf?

No. It produces drafts and hands you the decisions. Sending, publishing, and filing are always yours.

Why does it ask questions first?

Because the answers change the output materially. A draft built on an assumption is worse than a short delay.

Can I use it for client work?

Yes, including commercially. You may not resell the skill itself. Full terms are in LICENSE.txt.

What does the script do?

It checks a draft against the rules in the skill and blocks the failures that keep recurring, so a bad draft does not reach a client.
