IdeaForgeLabs collects only the information needed to reply to enquiries, send requested launch notifications, and understand which parts of the site are useful.
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, project timeline, budget range, and message. This information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are processed by Netlify and delivered to IdeaForgeLabs.
Launch notifications
When you join a Library launch list, your email address and the resource you selected are used for the promised launch notification. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Website analytics
IdeaForgeLabs uses PostHog to record privacy-limited, anonymous events such as page views, Library filters, resource opens, downloads, prompt-copy clicks, and contact intent. Search text, form contents, names, and email addresses are not sent as analytics properties. Session recording is disabled.
The site also honours browser Do Not Track signals. Analytics events are processed in the United States, and no personal profiles are created.
Service providers
Netlify provides website hosting and form processing. PostHog provides product analytics. These providers process limited data to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry and launch-list information is kept only while it is useful for the purpose for which it was submitted or for necessary business records. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe from a launch notification, by emailing the address below.
